Automation and software, Cork
Take the copy‑and‑paste out of your working week.
We build small, dependable pieces of software that move information between the tools your business already uses. The invoices, reports and follow-ups still happen. Nobody has to retype them at six in the evening.
- Fixed price agreed before we start
- You own everything we build
- Two named people, no call centre
What we automate
Four kinds of job cover most of what we do. Each one starts with something your team already does by hand every week.
-
Connecting the systems you already use
Your website, accounts package, CRM and spreadsheets each hold part of the picture. We link them so a change in one shows up in the others, without anyone exporting and re-importing.
- Before
- Each web order is typed into the accounts system by hand at the end of the day.
- After
- The order, customer and invoice appear in the accounts system within a minute of the sale.
-
Reports that build themselves
Sales, jobs, stock or hours, gathered from the systems you use and laid out the way you already read them.
- Before
- Someone spends Monday morning pulling figures into a spreadsheet for the weekly meeting.
- After
- The summary is in everyone's inbox at 8am, and the numbers match because nobody typed them.
-
Quotes, invoices and reminders
Documents generated from the information you already have, sent on time, and followed up when they need to be.
- Before
- Overdue invoices get chased when someone remembers to check.
- After
- A polite reminder goes out at 14 and 28 days, and you get a list of anything still unpaid.
-
Small internal tools
When a shared spreadsheet has quietly become the thing the business runs on, we replace it with a simple web tool built around how your team works.
- Before
- Five people edit one booking spreadsheet, and a stray paste wipes a week of entries.
- After
- A booking page with the right fields, a history of every change, and access only for the people who need it.
How a project goes
No long discovery phase and no day-rate meter running in the background.
-
A free 30-minute call
You show us the task and we tell you plainly whether it's worth automating. Sometimes it isn't, and we'll say so.
-
A fixed quote
A short written scope: what we'll build, what it connects to, how long it takes and what it costs. Nothing starts until you agree it.
-
Build and switch over
We build it, then run it alongside your current way of working until you trust it. You get plain-English notes on how it works.
-
Looking after it
When a supplier changes their system, something has to change with it. We keep an eye on what we've built and fix it when it needs fixing.

Questions people ask first
Do we need to change the software we use?
Usually not. Most of our work joins up the tools you already pay for. If something you use can't be connected, we'll tell you on the first call.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the job, so we quote a fixed price after the first call rather than guess here. Small jobs are small. You'll know the full cost before any work starts.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The code, the accounts it runs on and the documentation are handed over to you, so you're never locked in to us.
What happens to our data?
It stays in your systems. We only access what the job needs, using accounts you control, and we remove our access when you ask.
What if it breaks later?
Tell us and we'll fix it. We also offer a monthly support arrangement for businesses that want someone keeping an eye on things.
Got a task you're sick of doing?
Book a free 30-minute call and show us. If it's worth automating, we'll tell you how and what it would cost. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
